2024 Community Improvement Plan funding still open in Bracebridge

The Town of Bracebridge is actively promoting long-term economic development and growth by inviting local businesses to participate in the 2024 Community Improvement Plan (CIP).
The programs offer a combination of grants and loans, totaling up to 50% of the eligible project costs, covering areas such as building, property, signage and façade improvements, energy efficiency retrofits, and housing enhancements, among others.
In 2023, the Town of Bracebridge contributed over $85,000 in grants towards projects that revitalized 25 local businesses, generating an estimated $837,000 in private sector investment.
Applications for the 2024 programs are accepted until funding is depleted.
